Simple to Prepare Pork Loin Crock Pot Meals

Pork loin recipes for crock pots can sometimes range from the overly simple (and poor tasting) to the succulent (but overly complicated). While the recipes below are easy to prepare and serve, their taste will leave nothing to be desired.

Pork with Paprika and Hot Sauce

To serve this pork loin recipe for a crock pot, get a cup of cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce (a tablespoon), green onions (half a tablespoon, chopped), pork (4 lbs), some liquid smoke, hot pepper sauce (2 tablespoons or more), half a cup of ketchup, black pepper (1/4 teaspoon), salt (half a tablespoon), and a tablespoon of paprika.

Take a mixing bowl and pour in the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, cider vinegar and the hot pepper sauce too. Now put the roast in this bowl and keep it in a refrigerator for at least 8 hours (maximum is 10). After the allotted time has expired, take the bowl out of the fridge.

The next step in cooking this pork loin recipe for a crock pot is to pour the liquids into the slow cooker. Now add the liquid smoke. Next spray the roast with the salt, pepper, paprika and hot sauce.

Cook (at low settings) the meat for 7 to 9 hours. When it is finished, set the roast onto a platter. Place the marinade into a separate bowl and add more of the ketchup.

To serve this pork loin recipe for crock pots, slice them into small pieces and place in hamburger buns or sandwiches.

Pork Laced with Lemon Juice

This recipe requires the following ingredients: pork roast (5 lbs), garlic cloves (6 pieces, small size), 2 cups of lemon juice, a couple of cups of water, a teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of vinegar and a teaspoon of pepper. You may also use half a tablespoon of cinnamon, and add a bay leaf or two. If you’re going to serve this as a filling for sandwiches, have several close at hand.

To cook this pork loin recipe for crock pots, put the roast in the said container. Top it with some onions, cinnamon and pepper. Use a fork to make holes in the meat. Roll it over so all sides get coated well. Put a little bit of water in there and place the cover on. Cook for 10 hours on low.

Afterwards, remove the roast from the slow cooker and take away the bones and fat. Discard the water, cinnamon and onions too. After slicing the meat, return it to the cooker.

Now add the lemon juice, bay leaves and vinegar into the pork loin recipe for crock pots. Cook again on low, this time for no more than 4 hours. After 3 hours, stir frequently. When it is cooked, serve with the buns.

When preparing pork loin recipes for crock pots, be sure to follow the directions carefully, especially if you are new to cooking. Once you gain experience then you can change the ingredients and measurements with confidence. All that will come in due time, but in the meanwhile, savor these dishes.
