Pork Tenderloin Onion Soup in Crock Pots

If you are getting tired from all the usual fried foods, try some pork tenderloin onion soup. Combining the sumptuous taste of pork with the tangy flavor of onions will provide your taste buds with something new to chew on.

Pork Tenderloin Onion Soup with Red Wine

This recipe only requires a couple of pounds of tenderloin, a cup of water, dry onion mix (1 envelope), half a cup of red wine (add more if you like), soy sauce (2 tablespoons), garlic (4 tablespoons) and some black pepper.

Set the pork tenderloin in the slow cooker along with all the onion mix. Sprinkle the soy sauce, wine and water over it. Layer some garlic on the pork, and as much pepper as you want.

Put the slow cooker at low and give it 4 hors to cook. This pork tenderloin onion soup can be savored with some bread or biscuits.

Pork Tenderloin Onion Soup with Salad Dressing

To make this recipe half a pound of tenderloin (fat free) is needed; flour, a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil, a bottle of salad dressing, an ounce of onion soup mixture, and a cup of honey.

Apply some flour, salt and pepper on the pork and get rid of the surplus dust with a towel. Put in the 2 tablespoons of oil into a frying pan and cook the pork. Use a mixing bowl to combine the salad dressing, onion mix and the honey. Transfer the tenderloin into the slow cooker and pour this mixture too.

After 5 hours on a high setting you may now serve this pork tenderloin onion soup in several bowls.

Pork Tenderloin Onion Soup in Bourbon

For a more distinct taste, try this one: get half a cup of bourbon, ½ cup of soy sauce, 2 pounds of tenderloin, a couple of tablespoons of sugar and a package of onion mix.

Place in a bowl the bourbon, onion and sugar. Sprinkle this over the pork, and place it in a refrigerator for a couple of hours. Now place this in a plate, letting it warm for a little while, and then put inside the crock pot. Set it to low. After 7 hours, set it to high and cook for another hour.

The pork tenderloin onion soup is now ready. Get some steamed rice or bread, and enjoy.
