If you want a meal that is truly filling, cooked pork tenderloin in crock pots will be hard to match. Whether you are craving for something tangy or sweet, there’s a recipe perfect for you.

Pork Tenderloin Glazed with Mustard

This recipe needs a small garlic, a couple of pork tenderloin (a pound each), salt (1 teaspoon), mustard (3 tablespoons), pepper, a couple of tablespoons of honey, a tablespoon of cider vinegar, brown sugar (2 tablespoons), thyme (half a teaspoon), cornstarch (1 tablespoon) and a tablespoon of water.

Cut the loin chops into smaller pieces and put the pork tenderloin in the crock pot. Smatter in the thyme, cider vinegar, honey, mustard and brown sugar. Turn the pork on its sides so that the flavorings and seasonings will seep through completely. Put on the lid and cook for 8 hours (low).

When it is set, remove the pork tenderloin in the crock pot and cover it with a foil to retain the warmth. On a separate bowl pour the juices and boil it over a stovetop. Allow 10 minutes to pass so that it can simmer down. Add the cornstarch and cold water, and stir well.

You may serve this recipe in two ways, either pouring the juices directly onto the pork or setting the juices aside and use it as a sauce.

Pork Tenderloin Spiced with Barbecue

This recipe requires pork country style ribs (5 lbs), black pepper (1/3 teaspoon), brown sugar (1/2 cup), salt (1 teaspoon), a cup of apple juice, onion (large piece, minced), a couple of clove garlic, and an 18 ounce bottle of barbecue sauce.

Begin by slicing the chops, washing, drying and getting rid of some of the fat. Now place the pork tenderloin in the crock pot. Add some of the onions, rolling the ribs so that it will be flavored well. Spray it with some of the sugar, garlic, pepper and salt. You should pour in the apple juice now, and set the crock pot to low (this will be ready in 9 hours).

After the time has elapsed, remove the juices from the pork tenderloin in the crock pot. Spray it with the can of barbecue sauce, making sure that the sauce is distributed evenly throughout its surface. Cook for another 60 minutes.

The way you serve pork tenderloin in crock pots can range from the simple to the complex, from sugary in taste to red hot. When you decide to make your own recipes, you can use the dishes above as templates to work with. Have fun experimenting with the different recipes, and turn this kitchen chore into a fun activity for you and your family.
