Pork Crock Pot Recipes

1 piece of pork roast good for 4 persons
1 large onion, sliced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
A few pieces of your favorite buns
All you need to do is place the pork roast inside the crock pot, then add the onion and the Worcestershire sauce. Add water, and cover. Set on low, and cook the dish for twelve hours, until the meat is soft and falling apart. Afterwards, remove the roast form the pot, and discard the water but keep the onions. Next, shred the pork using a fork to remove the bones and any fat then replace the meat and the onions back into the crock pot. Pour a bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce over it, and cook until heated thoroughly. You can serve this recipe on top of your favorite heated buns.
Here’s another pork recipe with potatoes that you can easily whip up and will surely become an easy favorite in your home because it is such a cinch to prepare. You will need the following:
6 or more potatoes, medium sized, sliced thickly
1 large onion, cut into four pieces
4-6 boneless butterfly pork chops
1 6oz. packet of Zesty Italian dressing
Salt and pepper
Combine the potatoes and onions in the pot with the salt and pepper. Place of pork chops on top. Sprinkle dressing all over. Set it on low and cook for seven to nine hours. You can serve 4 to 6 persons with this recipe.
Finally, for those who like to munch on pork ribs here’s the perfect recipe that is so easy and quick to do. The ingredients are:
1 ½ to 2 pounds boneless pork ribs
1 bottle Catalina dressing
1 chopped onion
2 cloves of minced garlic
All you need to do is add In all the ingredients inside the pot, cover it tight, and cook with the setting on low for seven to nine hours.
