Roast Pork Sour Cream and Pickles

This pork tenderloin crock pot recipe needs the following: 2 cups of onion, 2 tablespoons of margarine, a can of sour cream, sweet pickles (2 cups), a tablespoon of cider vinegar, 2 lbs of pork, a teaspoon of cinnamon and a tablespoon of light brown sugar.

Start by heating the skillet (hot), and cooking the roast, adding some onion and garlic to flavor. When it’s brown it signifies that the pork is done, and should be moved to the slow cooker. Pour in the vinegar and the sour cream.
