Hamburger crock pot recipes are usually soups, goulash , and sloppy joes, but the hamburger is extremely flexible and you can create new dishes with it using your crock pot. These hamburger crock pot recipes are great especially if you love to prepare the meals ahead of time and have better things to do than stay and watch your dishes as they cook.
Here are a few hamburger crock pot recipes that your family will surely love.

2 large potatoes, sliced  2 pieces of carrots, sliced
1 stalk of celery, chopped  1 can of peas
1 can tomato soup   1 glass of water
2 pounds of browned ground beef

Place the vegetables in the crock pot in the order, and add salt and pepper to taste. Put the ground beef on top of the veggies. Mix the soup with the water and pour over the whole layers. Set on low and cook for 5 to 6 hours. For a shorter cooking time you can set it on high and cook for 2 to 3 hours.

For a quicker preparation time nothing beats the crock pot hamburger meal. You’ll need the following ingredients:

1 ½ pounds of hamburger meat  ½ pound bacon
½ cup onion    ½ cup catsup
½ cup brown sugar   1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar   ½ tablespoon salt
1 can pork and beans   1 can of drained lima beans
1 can kidney beans

Brown the hamburger meat, bacon, and onions in a pan and drain. Mix with the rest of the ingredients in the crock pot and cook on low for six to eight hours, and you’re all set!

Another equally tasty hamburger crock pot recipe is the crock pot goulash. The ingredients are

If you are in a hurry you can set it on high and cook it 4 to 5 hours.
