Curry Enriched Slow Cooker Vegetables
Curry flavored dishes are tasty dinner treats. But curry dishes cooked the slow cooker way are tastier. Even a simple recipe of slow cooker vegetables with curry can be a special family dinner for a holiday.
Curry Veggie Mix
For this dish of slow cooker vegetables cooked with curry powder, prepare a cup of washed and cleaned lentils, 2 cans of stewed tomatoes, 2 cups of water, a medium-size chopped onion, a small cubed eggplant, and some spinach leaves. Finally, how about a dish of super spicy hot red chili in a stew of curry? Just mix together a bunch of de-seeded and sliced red chili, chopped onion, 5 pieces of crushed garlic, a few cubed pork, cooking oil, and a spoon of curry powder. Cook on medium heat for an hour and enjoy a hot and spicy vegetable and curry special.
