Crock Pot Roast Beef Recipes
Raring for a sumptuous roast beef for a heavy king’s meal? Then Crock Pot Roast Beef is the choice. A healthy mushroomed Crock Pot Roast Beef packed with meat and energy booster potatoes is cooked this way.
For a luscious Crock Pot Roast Beef family dinner, we need 3 to 4 pounds of any low-priced roast beef cut, olive oil or no-cholesterol vegetable oil, meat seasoning, a pack of onion soup blend or soup, 2 cups of water, a pack of whole mushrooms, half a small pack of young carrots, and 4 to 5 pieces of peeled potatoes cut in four. Once all these are at hand, we’re ready to cook this Crock Pot roast.
Get a large pan and pour olive oil in it. Heat on high fire while seasoning the 4-pound beef with meat seasoning (any meat season brand will do, to taste). Put beef on heated oil and stir till brown. Then, mix 2 cups water with the pack of onion soup blend. Pour the mix into a Crock Pot slow cooker. Add into this mix the peeled and sliced potatoes, the half small pack of young carrots, and the pack of whole mushrooms. Stir very gently. When everything is mixed well (onion mix and vegetables), take the beef pieces and place them on top of the vegetables in the Crock pot slow cooker. Now the Crock Pot roast is beginning to take shape.
Cover the Crock Pot slow cooker and cook on low fire for 8 to 10 hours. Check now and then with a fork to see if the beef pieces are already very tender. When the beef pieces get super tender and the aroma of the Crock Pot roast fills the air, it’s all ready.
Another version of a Crock Pot roast is cooked with a can of stewed tomatoes, a half cup of flour, a pack of Cream of Mushroom mix, and 2 tablespoons of kitchen bouquet. All these in addition to the ingredients aforementioned in the first Crock Pot roast recipe. The thing is, before sautéing the roast in oil till brown, roll it on the flour first. Then sauté. Then put everything, including the rest of the ingredients, in a Crock Pot slow cooker (as in the above). Cook on low fire for 8 to 10 hours.
Crock Pot roast versions are very delicious treats for the family and even for guests. They never fail to satiate the craving for roasted beef cuisines.
