Although we know of crock pot recipes for whole turkey, there are also crock pot recipes that are ideal for turkey breasts only. Let’s take a look at some of these turkey breast recipes and discover how easy it is to prepare these dishes!

We would like to show you how to cook the Crockpot Turkey and Quesadillas dish. For sure, just hearing its name already makes you hungry. So, let’s start by mentioning each of the ingredients needed to cook this turkey breast recipe. We need a cup of apple cider vinegar, two tablespoons of black pepper, two tablespoons of salt, half cup of vegetable oil, ¾ cup of parsley, and a five-pound turkey breast.

In a large crock pot, place the turkey and pour over the mixture of half cup of parsley, vinegar, pepper, salt, and vegetable oil. After doing so, the remaining parsley should be sprinkled on top. If you are to cook this dish on high setting, then the cooking time should not exceed 4 ½ hours. In the event that you wish to cook this dish on low setting, then the cooking time should not exceed nine hours. Remove the turkey from the crock pot and leave it for fifteen minutes before slicing and serving.

For the quesadillas, a teaspoon of oil should be heated in a skillet. A flour tortilla should be placed in the skillet as well as half cup of cheese blend that is Mexican-style and half cup of diced turkey. A second tortilla should be added on top. Once the cheese begins to melt, turn it using a spatula so that the other side will be browned. The quesadilla should be sliced into quarters and should also be served with salsa.

The Turkey Breast Tenders with Orange-Cranberry Sauce is a turkey breast recipe that is easier to prepare than the first one we mentioned. For this turkey breast recipe, prepare salt and pepper, a tablespoon of cornstarch that is dissolved in a tablespoon of cold water, half teaspoon of all-spice, a tablespoon of soy sauce, two tablespoons of brown sugar, 3/4 cups of whole cranberry juice, 1/3 cup of orange juice, and two pounds of turkey breast tenders.

All you have to do is to combine all the ingredients mentioned in the crock pot and make sure to turn the turkey until it is well coated by the mixture. It can either be cooked on low or high, for seven to nine hours or three and a half to four hours, respectively. Stir in the cold water and cornstarch mixture and let it stay for ten minutes before serving. Use salt and pepper to season such dish.
