There are a lot of crock pot potato soup recipes that are cooked in different ways. In this regard, allow us to inform you some of the delectable crock pot potato soup recipes that can be conveniently prepared by anyone.

The first crock pot potato soup recipe that we would want to mention has such ingredients as chopped chives, 13-ounce can of evaporated milk, 2 tablespoons of butter, a tablespoon of parsley flakes, a can of cream of celery soup, a can of cream of mushroom soup, 4 chicken bouillon cubes, 1 ½ teaspoons of salt, 4 cups of water, a stalk of celery, a carrot, two onions, two leeks, and six potatoes.

All ingredients that can be cut should be cut into bite-size. Except for the chives and the milk, all the ingredients should be placed inside the crock pot. On low temperature, this potato soup should be cooked for ten hours or so, so long as it does not exceed twelve hours. If you prefer to cook it on high temperature, this potato soup should be cooked for three hours or so, so long as it does not exceed four hours. During the last hour of cooking, the evaporated milk should be stirred in. Make sure not to forget to put the chopped chives before serving.

There is another way of preparing a potato soup recipe, but first, you must prepare such ingredients as one pint of half & half, two cans of cream of potato soup, pepper and salt, half cup of chopped onion, half cup of chopped celery, two teaspoons of chicken buillon, two cups of water, and a two-pound package of frozen hash browns. The ham or bacon ingredient is optional, but we of course recommend that you put bacon or ham to make your potato soup more sumptuous.

The procedure for this potato soup recipe starts by simmering the potatoes, water, vegetables, and seasonings until the vegetables and potatoes become tender. Of course, you will have to let it simmer in a crock pot for approximately six hours. The cream of potato soup should then be added and cooking time should be extended for a few minutes more. The half & half should be added before serving but if the half & half makes the dish too thick, you may adjust its thickness by adding a can of evaporated milk. Do not forget to add the bacon or ham chunks.

The last potato soup recipe that we would want to discuss has a procedure that begins by chopping one small onion and half a pound of bacon which will be browned in a skillet. Afterwards, place the onions and bacon in the crock pot. Peel and cube six medium-sized potatoes which you will also place in the crock pot together with five cups of water, one teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of pepper, and 1/3 cup of butter. On low temperature, this potato soup recipe should be cooked only for two hours or until potatoes become cooked. Add a 13-ounce can of Carnation milk in the last thirty minutes of cooking. The chopped chives should serve as garnish.
