Pork Tenderloin with Cranberry Sauce
This is one recipe that you can easily prepare with your Kitchenaid crock pot. The ingredients are 3 cups of cranberry sauce, 4 lbs of pork tenderloin (2 pieces), a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 4 teaspoons of cinnamon, a tablespoon of celery (crushed), 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/3 cup of water, 4 pieces of onions, 2 pieces of garlic, some salt and pepper.
Get rid of the fats in the pork tenderloin and also remove the bones. Slice them into bite size chunks, and coat with garlic, pepper and salt. Put the pieces inside the Kitchenaid crock pot and spray it with the paprika, cinnamon, and other spices. Add the cranberry sauce and put in the half cup of water last.
Turn the crock pot on to low and after 7 hours, turn it up to high. Cook at this level for an hour and it is done. Pour the pork and sauce onto a large saucepan and serve with potatoes, rice or both.
Pork Chops with Apricot
