Appetizing Pork Tenderloin Recipes

Crock pot pork tenderloin recipes are noted for their convenience, and even for the most elaborate of meals, preparation and actual cooking can hardly be called strenuous activities. See for yourself, by trying these recipes.

Sweet and Hot Pork

This recipe necessitates the preparation of 3 lbs of pork roast, a cup of water (hot), balsamic vinegar (2 tablespoons), a large onion (sliced), a tablespoon of ketchup, a cup of white sugar, salt (1 teaspoon), black pepper (1 tablespoon), garlic powder (1/4 teaspoon), and a tablespoon of hot pepper sauce.

The direction for cooking this crock pot pork tenderloin is as follows: first you set the onions in a hot skillet and put in the pork. Add a little bit of the balsamic vinegar and cook for about 5 minutes. When it is cooked, let it cool down for a little while.

Open the crock pot and pour in the ketchup, sugar, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper before putting in the roast. Pour in the cup of water last (allowing the flavors to mix in, without any one overpowering the other too much).

To cook the crock pot pork tenderloin, set the button on high. After 6 hours, open the lid. Set the pork roast on a sauce pan and pour the juices over it. This is ideally served with small baked potatoes and some lettuce.

Red Wine Flavored Pork

These ingredients need to be prepared: a 10 ounce can of tomato soup, 4 garlic cloves (minced), brown sugar (a couple of tablespoons), 2 small chopped onions, half a cup of cold water, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 3 teaspoons of soy sauce, and half a cup of red wine.

You should boil the pork in water for at least 10 minutes (preferably 15 minutes). While this is being done, pour the red wine, brown sugar, tomato soup, soy sauce, onions and the others in the slow cooker. Once the pork has been cooked, put it on top of this mixture.

The final ingredients for this crock pot pork tenderloin are the cornstarch and cold water, which are used to thicken the sauce. After adding the two, stir for a couple of minutes. Cook at low for 8 hours.

Serve this crock pot pork tenderloin on a platter. Set the juices on a separate bowl, and pour the juices for each slice that you serve.

These crock pot pork tenderloin meals can be eaten with rice, potatoes, or just as they are. Be bold and creative; add some apples if you want a fruity taste, or maybe pour in some beer if you prefer. The more time you spend cooking, the more juicy concoctions you’ll come up with.
