There are as many ways to serve brisket slow cooker recipes as there are means to cut and slice them, but some are clearly better than others. If your current range is limited to a few traditional meals, you can add the following to your collection.

Chili Pepper Brisket

The ingredients: an onion (a large one, chopped fine), beef (5 lbs), 8 pieces of chili peppers (chopped), a cup of beer, a cup of soy sauce, cinnamon (1/3 cup), pepper (1/2 teaspoon), tomato paste (2 tablespoons), salt (half a tablespoon), brown sugar (1/4 cup), clove garlic (4 pieces, minced), potatoes (4 large or 8 medium size, diced), and half a cup of small carrots.

This brisket slow cooker recipe is cooked in two parts: first put the beef in the crock pot along with the onions. Mix the beer, tomato paste, potatoes, carrots, cinnamon, clove garlic, and the other ingredients in a bowl, then pour onto the beef.

Cook for 12 hours, then remove and place on a bowl. Let it cool down and then store in refrigerator. Leave it there overnight.

The next day, remove the brisket slow cooker recipe from the fridge and drain off the fat. Let it cool down in room temperature. Add some more potatoes and carrots to this brisket slow cooker recipe and cook again (low) for 10 hours. You may, if you so wish, speed up the process by pressing the control button to high (it will cook in 5 hours).

White Wine Brisket

Prepare the following: whole cloves (8 pieces), 1 medium size onion (quartered), beef (5 lbs), white wine (2 cups), apple butter (1 and ½ cups), mustard (3 tablespoons), green onion (2 pieces, small), salt, curry powder (half a teaspoon) and pepper (1/2 teaspoon).

Gather the beef, cloves, and onion and fry in a well heated pan. After it has cooked, set it in the crock pot for awhile, and get a bowl. Mix the apple butter, curry powder, salt, pepper, dry white wine and all the rest.

Pour this mixture onto the beef, and cook the brisket slow cooker recipe (low) for 8 hours. Stir the mixture a little, and add some more of the white wine if needed.

Well made and carefully prepared brisket slow cooker recipes can whet your appetites like few dishes can, and their aroma certainly adds ambience to the dining table. To have more fun, get the kids to aid you prepare the ingredients and also help in the cooking.
