The guarantee, however, is non transferable. The name of the customer reflected on the warranty clause, and who holds the original Crock Pot receipt, will be given the ware replacement. Crock Pot receipts are honored if the ware has been used only for slow cooking. Untampered wares pass for valid warranty. Any defect other than factory induced will not pass for a warranty, regardless of a Crock Pot receipt. Calamities, regardless of a Crock Pot receipt, are also not covered.
